A moss and nature enthusiast

Moss enthusiast and lifelong naturalist exploring how the smallest living systems can drive smarter solutions for healthier soil and land.

Big change starts small

A little about me and the work we are pushing to accomplish

I’m an avid moss and nature enthusiast driven by a simple question: how can we make better use of the environmental resources already around us to improve soil health, support plant growth, and create lasting change through smarter, more efficient solutions?

In 2017, I hiked the Appalachian Trail, an experience that deepened my appreciation for the countless plants and animals we walk past every day without a second thought. It opened my eyes to the intricate ecosystems all around us and sparked a curiosity about the natural world that hasn’t faded since.

Over the years, I’ve built and maintained a variety of terrariums, a hobby that’s proven as insightful as it is enjoyable. Tending these miniature ecosystems has taught me how nature functions, adapts, and thrives when given the right conditions. I believe we all share a responsibility to be good stewards of our environment, and I’m committed to doing my part. And if I had to guess, I suspect moss will play an important role in that journey.
